Therefore, we propose that the financial warranty will include 3 years of water treatment operations. The cost estimate is assumed to include all costs associated with operations,personnel, and site monitoring activities. 2.2 Overhead and Profit Overhead and profit have been historically included in financial warranty calculations and have been included here. Overhead and profit is 13.1%. 3.0 CONCLUSION The previous financial warranty amount that was calculated in 2020 was $7,362,354. Seven years of water treatment was calculated to cost $4,031,832 in February 2000. The updated financial warranty calculation amount is estimated at $3,697,249.35 with 3 years of water treatment estimated to cost $3,000,000.
