This comprises <br /> the full metes and bounds of the parcel deed. This full area is the <br /> Affected Land of the permit. <br /> Map C-5 Shows the approximate area of currently permitted 110c mining <br /> operation of 9.90 acres. <br /> Map C-6 Shows the expected additional area of mining operation in relation to <br /> the currently permitted 110c operations. <br /> Map C-7 Shows the approximate area of anticipated initial proposed expansion <br /> of mining operation (the "First Phase Mining"). The First Phae Mining <br /> will commence with the five-year period following the approval of this <br /> Application. <br /> Map C-8 Shows the approximate area of anticipated second proposed <br /> expansion of mining operation (the "Second Phase Mining"). The <br /> Second Phase Mining will commence with the ten-year period <br /> following the approval of this Application. <br /> Map C-9 Shows the approximate area of Affected Land on site. This represents <br /> land within the proposed permit area which is not to be mined, but <br /> which may be otherwise affected by the mining operations for <br /> necessary non-mining activities such as storage or staging of mined <br /> materials, loading of transport, or equipment parking or services.
