Ref. Page No.M2009-006 00035 <br /> Poudre Valley Rural Electrification Authority ("PVREA") is <br /> the electric utility coop servicingthe Property. The red line <br /> Note 5 parallel to S. County Road 31 shows the approximate <br /> location of the PVREA electrical service line. The arrows <br /> & Note <br /> at Note 5 and Note 11 show PVREA electric service boxes <br /> 11 <br /> on the Affected Land. The Applicant has obtained a <br /> Structure Agreement with PVREA (copy attached <br /> separately to this Application). <br /> There is one structure located off Property but within the <br /> 200' perimeter. This is a large workshop/garage building <br /> Note 6 on the Panzarella/White property. The Applicant has <br /> obtained a Structure Agreement with the owners of this <br /> structure(copy attached separately to this Application). <br /> Note 7 Meadow Hollow Creek flows through the Affected Land <br /> and forms several small ponds as shown on Map C-1. <br /> This is a field office on the property. This is a non- <br /> Note 8 permanent structure (modified trailer) which is owned by <br /> the Applicant. <br /> The area at Note 9 within the black border shows several <br /> items that are referred to as "clutter". These items were <br /> removed from the property in early 2024 (the satellite <br /> Note 9 image is from 2023). These items and structures are no <br /> linger on the Property. This area, which sits in the area of <br /> the pre-law mine, is used for stone inventory, palletizing <br /> operations, and equipment parking. <br /> This area includes a residence/office and storage <br /> buildings. These are permanent structures on the <br /> Note 10 Property.
