Ref. Page No. M2009-006 00034 6.4.3 EXHIBIT C—Item (b) The attached Map C-1 below shows the location of the Subject Property relative to creeks, roads, and buildings on the area of the Affected Land. The highlighted boundary shown in blue approximates a 200-foot boundary around the Affected Land. A single power line services the property. This electric service line is above ground and identified in red on Map C-1 (see Notes 5& 11). There is one building within the 200' boundary which is not used in connection with the mining operation. The Applicant has obtained Structure Agreements with respect to the off-property building and all structures on the Property which are not owned by the Applicant. Map C-1 shows all buildings in the vicinity of the Affected Land. There are no oil or gas wells on orwithin the immediate vicinity of the Subject Property or within the 200'boundary of the Affected Land. Land features and structures on the Affected Land are further described in the table below with "notes"corresponding to those shown on Map C-1. This is a seasonal intermittent water course which crosses Note 1 the 200'boundary of the Affected Land. This watercourse is not impacted by mining operations This is an intermittent stream commonly referred to as "Meadow Creek". Although identified by the USGS as an Note 2 intermittent stream, Meadow Creek tends to flow mostly year-round and feeds several ponds on the Affected Land. This creek and the ponds are not affected by mining operations. This identifies the location of the mine entrance and the extension of S. County Road 31. This is an unimproved Note 3 private dirt road from its intersection with Gregory Avenue approximately 1.5 miles to the north. The road is gated at this point. This is an unimproved private dirt road which services two Note 4 residents to the east and south of the Property. These residents have access through the gate at the mine entrance.
