This should include all grass and forb species described in terms of total <br />pounds per acre. <br />Exhibit G – Source of Legal Right to Enter <br />8. The operator has provided a mining lease between themselves and Kelly Clapper, the <br />landowner, however it appears the lease has not been signed by the operator. Please <br />provide a signed copy of the lease, or in place of that a justification for why the lease <br />provided has not been signed at this time. <br />Exhibit I – Proof of Filing with County Clerk <br />9. The operator has provided certified mail receipts showing proof of filing; however, they are <br />not provided within their relevant sections. Please place an additional copy of the proof of <br />filing within the relevant section. <br />Exhibit J – Proof of Mailing of Notices to Board of County Commissioners and Soil Conservation District <br />10.
