Limon Sand and Gravel Adequacy Review January 30, 2025 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />March 28, 2025 <br />Alysen Tarrant <br />ADT Environmental & Mineral Consultants, LLC <br />26849 Road M <br />Cortez, CO 81321 <br /> <br />Re: Rollins Construction and Trucking LLC, Rollins-Clapper Pit, File <br />No. M-2025-018, 110c Permit Application Incompleteness <br />Review <br />Ms. Tarrant, <br />On March 21, 2025, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division/DRMS/Office) <br />received the 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application package for the <br />Rollins-Clapper Pit site, File No. M-2025-018. Preliminary review of the information received <br />determined the following items must be received before the Division can consider the <br />application as being submitted and technical review can begin: <br /> <br />Application Form <br />1. On page 1 of the application form, when reviewing the standing of Rollins Trucking and <br />Construction LLC with the Colorado Secretary of State, there appears to be no company <br />registered under that name. Please provide proof of registration and standing with the <br />Colorado Secretary of State for Rollins Trucking and Construction LLC. <br />2. On page 1 of the application form, please provide the Division with the working name of <br />the operation within the field titled “operation name.” <br />3. On page 1 of the application form, the applicant states that sand byproduct will be used <br />for reclamation. If this material is intended to be sold as part of this operation, please also <br />include it in the “incidental commodities” field located on the same page of the <br />application. If it only intended as overburden to be used for reclamation, the statement <br />describing the use of the sand is not required and should be removed. <br />4. On page 3 of the application form, please check the correct principal meridian under the <br />“principal meridian” field. <br />5. On page 7 of the application form, please provide the state and county information <br />relevant to the applicant within the corresponding fields. <br />Exhibit A – Legal Description <br />6. Per Rule 6.3.1(2), please provide the latitude and longitude coordinates for the mine site <br />entrance within the legal description section in addition to those provided in the index map. <br />Exhibit D – Reclamation Plan <br />7.
