NECQ, LLB. 6.Time Limitation:Activities are expected to last until March of 2027. 7.Measures Taken to Prevent Unnecessary or Undue Degradation:Operations will be conducted consistent with 43 CFR 3809.415 and 3809.420. •Nuvemco will not knowingly disturb,alter,injure,or destroy any scientifically important paleontological deposits;or any historical or archaeological site,structure,building,or object.If Nuvemco discovers any cultural or paleontological resource that might be altered or destroyed by operations,the discovery will be left intact and reported to the authorized BLM officer. •Any survey monuments,witness comers,or reference monuments will be protected to the extent economically and technically feasible. •Public safety will be maintained throughout the life of the project.All equipment will be maintained in a safe and orderly manner. •Nuvemco will comply with all applicable state and federal fire laws and regulations and all reasonable measures will be taken to prevent and suppress fires in the project area. 8.Reclamation: Reclamation will be completed to the standards described in 43 CFR 3809.420.Reclamation activities will be completed by the spring of 2027.Re-vegetation activities are limited by the time of year during which they can be effectively implemented.Site conditions or yearly climatic variations may require that this schedule be modified to achieve re-vegetation success. Drill sites constructed on existing roads will be reclaimed to the pre-Project condition.All spoil piles from sump construction will be stockpiled on the existing waste dump. Equipment and or portable structures will be removed from the mine site.The required posted signs and notices will be removed. The existing waste dump will be contoured to conform to the surrounding areas and sloped to 2:1 to allow for drainage away from area. Reclamation earthwork will be completed with a 320 excavator,D6 dozer,motor grader,backhoe,skid steer or equivalent equipment. All reasonable steps will be taken to minimize the introduction of noxious weeds and to limit the spread of any existing infestations. Seed will be accompanied by an official seed analysis report that provides documentation to show no noxious weed seed per Colorado State weed law and more than 0.5%other weed seed.The test documents will be one of the following,a certified blue tag, an independent seed lab test or a seed lab analysis supplied by the vendor.
