RECEIVED <br /> NINE CO,, Q.LC., MAR 10 2025 <br /> AMENDMENT TO NOTICE ColoradMin ng and amatlon, <br /> Nuvemcos-Blue Streak Project <br /> December 18,2024 <br /> Nuvemco is wishing to amend the Notice Level Operation COC-71315 and respectfully requests an extension pursuant to 43 CFR§ <br /> 3809.333 to be extended to March 2,2027.This would allow Nuvemco,time to conduct exploration activities,while completing a <br /> Designated Mine Operation(DMO) 112B through Colorado Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety. <br /> The purpose for amending is to reflect locations for five drill holes. <br /> Nuvemco has complied with all the financial guarantee requirements of 43 CFR§3809.503 pursuant to requirements of both the <br /> BLM and the Colorado Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety. <br /> This project will be conducted in accordance with BLM regulations for Notice Level Operations.The Blue Streak Mine(project)is <br /> currently approved,permitted for prospecting operations,bonded for reclamation by the Colorado Division of Reclamation,Mining <br /> and Safety(DRMS File No.P-2007-057-Blue Streak Mine). <br /> While this is a separate and distinct notice for BLM purposes,the Blue Streak-Notice Level Operation.enables it to conform to the <br /> DRMS permit. <br /> Modifications for activities conducted under COC-71315 ensures compliance with 43 CFR§3809.21(b)and the prohibition against <br /> filing a series of notices for the purpose of avoiding filing a plan of operation. <br /> Nuvemco plans to conduct exploration activities at their Blue Streak Project, <br /> Nuvemco will utilize existing roads and surface disturbance to access the proposed drill site locations and the sampling and removal of <br /> approximately 999 tons of ore.No new surface disturbance will be done. <br /> This notice pursuant to the provisions of 43 CFR 3809.300. <br /> 1.
