[6.4.21(12)] Water Quality Monitoring Plan <br /> The (RGRP)is a no discharge operation, therefore, a water quality monitoring plan is not <br /> provided nor is a CO Discharge Permit required. <br /> 16.4.21(13)] Climate <br /> No liquid containment systems are planned/used or open to the environment. <br /> 16.4.21(14)] Geochemical Data and Analysis <br /> No mining, on-site solution containment systems or facilities or disposal of material will occur <br /> on site. <br /> Cynthia Parnow, geochemistry at Knight Piesold, will be monitoring the geochemical <br /> characterization of the feedstock material. <br /> 16.4.21(15)] Construction Schedule Information <br /> The only construction anticipated is the installation of an interior road, which will likely be <br /> permitted and installed in January 2025, prior to issuance of the 110d permit by DRMS. <br /> 16.4.21(16)] Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) <br /> The reclamation circuit being mobile does not warrant an extraordinary QAQC program. <br /> ]6.4.21(17)] Plant Growth Medium <br /> Revegetation is not anticipated to be a requirement for this reclamation. If necessary, the <br /> disturbed grounds around the working piles footprints and work site area will be graded and <br /> covered in topsoil (approx. 6-12", or as required) in preparation for sale as a residential property. <br /> If revegetation is required, the NFCS has been contacted and verified they are able to coordinate <br /> an appropriate see mix for reclamation of this area. <br /> 16.4.21(18)1 Wildlife Protection <br /> Colorado Parks and Wildlife was contacted December 16th, 2024 for a site visit and subsequent <br /> comments. The site visit has not been scheduled, and comments have not been received as of this <br /> application submission. They will be provided immediately upon receipt. <br /> 16.4.21(19)] Disposal of Tailings and Sludge in Mine Workings <br /> No materials will be disposed of. Both the concentrates and byproduct will be sold to a 3rd party. <br /> The only liquid that will be stored on site is clean trucked in water. <br />
