<br />Cross Gold Mine <br />December 2024 ERP-4 <br /> <br /> <br />1.2 Notification and Coordination with External Entities <br />Notification and coordination with external emergency response organizations, potentially affected off- <br />site entities, and regulatory agencies may be necessary during an emergency situation at the Cross <br />Gold Mine. <br />1.2.1 External Emergency Response Organizations <br />The Emergency Coordinator will evaluate the need for assistance from external emergency response <br />organizations, such as medical and fire services, at the earliest possible moment during an incident <br />response. Notification of external response organizations must be done promptly, when necessary. <br />The current external medical and fire service organizations available for assistance during an <br />emergency situation at the Cross Gold Mine are listed in below. <br />Boulder County Department of Public Health– (303) 441-1564 <br />Nederland Fire Department – (303) 258-9161 & 911 <br />Boulder County Sheriff’s Office – (303) 441-3600 <br />In the case of emergency requiring mine rescue, the following entities will be contacted for assistance <br />and to provide preliminary information. <br />MSHA Mine Emergency - 1-800-746-1553 <br />MSHA Rocky Mountain District Office, Denver, CO - (303) 231-5465 <br />Colorado Front Range Mine Rescue - 303-349-0348 <br /> <br />
