<br />Cross Gold Mine <br />December 2024 ERP-3 <br /> <br /> <br />Alarm Horn is sounded to alert all site surface personnel that an emergency situation exists. The <br />Incident Commander shall then proceed to the designated response assembly point to coordinate field <br />operations. <br />Note: Once a response operation is under way, a change in Incident Command should only occur if the <br />change would significantly improve the response to the emergency situation. <br />1.1.4 Emergency Coordinator <br />The Mine Manager should primarily to act as the Emergency Coordinator during an emergency <br />situation at the Cross Gold Mine surface facilities. <br />The Emergency Coordinator will perform the following duties: <br />Maintain contact with and coordinate site operations and personnel with the incident response <br />operation. <br />Evaluate the incident on an ongoing basis and coordinate the site incident response operation with the <br />Corporate Management and any outside emergency response organizations, such as medical and fire <br />services, responding to the mine site. <br />Designate a suitable alternate during their absence. <br />1.1.5 Emergency Response Communications Systems <br />The following communications systems are available for use during an emergency response situation at <br />the Cross Gold Mine. <br />• Mine office phone <br />
