3.0 Qualified Personnel and Professional Requirements <br /> To ensure the highest standards of safety,compliance,and accuracy in all aspects of the West Side Placer Project,only <br /> qualified and certified personnel will be engaged in geotechnical analysis,environmental planning,and operational man- <br /> agement. The project team includes experienced professionals with the following qualifications: <br /> To uphold the highest standards of safety,compliance,and accuracy throughout all stages of the West Side Placer Project, <br /> only qualified and certified personnel will be engaged in geotechnical analysis,environmental planning,and operational <br /> management.The project team comprises experienced professionals with the following qualifications: <br /> 3.1 Geotechnical Engineers and Consultants <br /> • Licensed Professional Engineers(PE) specializing in geotechnical engineering. <br /> • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering,with preference for a master's degree or higher. <br /> • Active PE license in Colorado and a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant industry experience. <br /> • Proficiency in advanced surveying technologies,slope stability analysis,and pit design. <br /> 3.2 Environmental Scientists and Specialists <br /> • Degree in environmental science,ecology,or a related discipline;preference for advanced degrees. <br /> • Proven experience in erosion control,sediment management,and revegetation,specifically in and environments. <br /> • In-depth knowledge of Colorado's environmental regulations and best practices for mining reclamation. <br /> 3.3 Hydrologists and Water Resource Engineers <br /> • Licensed Professional Engineers(PE)in hydrology or water resources engineering. <br /> • Expertise in groundwater management,drainage system design,and hydrological modeling for mining operations. <br /> • Familiarity with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act(MLRA) and EPA water quality standards. <br /> 3.4 Safety and Compliance Auditors <br /> • Certified Safety Professionals(CSP)with demonstrated experience in the mining sector. <br /> • Comprehensive knowledge of MSHA regulations and proven expertise in conducting safety audits and compliance <br /> checks. <br /> Independent Third-Party Reviews: <br /> To ensure additional quality assurance,independent peer reviews may be conducted as needed. <br /> 4 <br /> HARDROCK/METAL MINING REGULAR(112)APPLICATION Au Pt Industries LLC I PO Box 1424-Edwards,Colorado 81632 1970 306 1 784 <br />
