These roads are shown on A.1 <br /> General Exhibit Map. <br /> TABLE D.(J).1 ROADS <br /> Road Type Dimensions Description <br /> Moffat County Road 4 Paved 40' Will only be crossed,not used extensively.Matts placed across Road 4 for any tracked vehicle. <br /> Moffat County Road 88 Dirt 20'x4000' This road will be used for 4000 feet south. <br /> • Temporary Mining and Haul Roads <br /> We will establish efficient paths leading to the wash plant,ensuring a maximum width of 20 feet and lengths of up to <br /> 1,300 feet. These paths will traverse mined blocks that have been covered with redeposited topsoil.When roads are <br /> no longer in use,they will be ripped to loosen compacted soil and prepared for final reclamation,which will include <br /> imprint seeding to promote vegetation growth. <br /> • Environmental Mitigation <br /> We will implement track-out control mats,strategically placed at the entrances to County Road 88 and County Road <br /> 148 during peak operational periods.
