AMMC agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and <br /> forever defend ASC from and against <br /> any <br /> iandlallity cclaims, <br /> desmands, <br /> losses, damage, expenses, negligence, <br /> attorney's fees, of any kind or nature that arise directly or indi- <br /> rectly as a result of AMMC's mining operations on the Emma No. 2 <br /> Mining Claim or in the Compromise Tunnel except those <br /> haing customer,n any <br /> way out of any incident involving an ASC skiing guest, <br /> employee or any other person utilizing or visiting the Emma No. 2 <br /> Mining Claim for sti-related purposes.
