Control erosion or aggrevation of conditions that may result <br /> in landslides. <br /> b. Control water runoff caused by the operation. <br /> c. Eliminate hazards to public health and safety. <br /> f. Take all practicable measures to maintain and protect fish- <br /> eri.:e and wildlife habitat which may be affected by the <br /> operations. <br /> 7. (a) Certification or other approval issued by State agencies <br /> or other Federal agencies or compliance with laws and <br /> regulations relating to pining operations will be accept_d <br /> as compliance with similar or parallel requirements cf �cze <br /> regulations. <br />
