Flumes were functioning properly, and dams appeared stable, and vegetated <br />with no signs of seepage. Ponds visited comprised ponds 6, 16 and 17. Waterfowl were present <br />on the ponds at the time of inspection. <br /> <br />o Pond 6 was discharging clear water. <br />o Ponds 16 and 17 were discharging clear water. <br />o The discharge from the Pond17 flume was flowing through the flume. Instead water had <br />found a way around and under the flume. <br /> <br />SLIDES and OTHER DAMAGE- Rule 4.12 <br />The two slumps and associated crack between them at Pond 6 were documented. No new <br />movement was noted at the time of inspection. Slump of 2022 has begun to heal with vegetation <br />having taken hold during the summer. <br /> <br />REVEGETATION - Rule 4.15 <br />General Requirements 4.15.1; Use of Species 4.15.2, Grazing 4.15.5 <br />o Revegetated areas of reclamation appear stable and dormant beige at the time of <br />inspection <br />o Some grasses remained green as a result of a good monsoon season in early autumn. <br /> <br />FISH and WILDLIFE– RULE 4.18 <br />Wildlife sightings included red and white tailed hawks, ravens, and waterfowl. <br /> <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED <br />None <br /> <br />INSPECTIONS 5.02; Availability of Records <br />Records were not inspected as this was a partial inspection. <br /> <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
