The inspection was conducted, and the report prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the <br />DRMS. Kevin Copeland, Seneca Properties Inc. representative was present throughout the <br />inspection. No hydrologic or air quality issues were detected at the time of inspection. The <br />weather was clear, and the air was calm with temperatures hovering around 75 degrees <br />Fahrenheit. <br /> <br />PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS: <br />SL8 <br /> <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Reclamation is complete and executed as permitted. Approximately 106.2 acres of Phase I <br />released acres remain for final bond release.
