PERMIT#:P-2003-018
INSPECTOR'S INITIALS:ACY
INSPECTION DATE: July 29,2024
areas. Areas are nearly all bare or densely populated with desirable grasses and shrubs. There is
evidence of horses rolling around which greatly impairs the vegetation. The pad is also out in the open
and subject to winds, so it is generally dry compared to other sites. The pad itself has sparse cover but
sufficient grass established despite the continued grazing. Shrubs have continued to develop and appear
to be more resilient to grazing pressures. Overall vegetation density is low but has continued to increase
over the years and appears to be 70%of adjacent undisturbed areas. No noxious weeds were observed.
Photo Four.
No problems or Violations were noted during the inspection.
*Indicates pads where final reclamation has been achieved according to the DRMS inspection. If pad is located
on BLM, please coordinate with BLM to conduct a site visit to determine if the pad is eligible for release from
them. If an acreage reductions or surety reduction is requested within 60 days of this report, this will constitute
as a release inspection. Any requests at a later date may require a follow up inspection to determine eligibility.
Responses to this inspection report should be directed to Amy Yeldell at the Division of Reclamation, Mining
and Safety, Room 215, 1001 E 62nd Ave, Denver, CO 80216.
