Approval of this SWSP is for the purposes and amounts stated herein. Additional uses <br /> and/or consumption of the water that is subject to this SWSP will be allowed only if <br /> a new SWSP is approved for those additional uses and/or amounts. <br /> 9. All water use from the pond and the drilled well for dust control and material <br /> washing purposes shall be measured in a manner acceptable to the division engineer. <br /> 10. The replacement water that is the subject of this SWSP cannot be sold or leased to <br /> any other entity. As a condition of subsequent renewals of this SWSP, the <br /> replacement water must be appurtenant to this site until a plan for augmentation is <br /> obtained. All replacement water must be concurrent with depletions in quantity, <br /> timing, and locations. <br /> 11. In the event MPWCD is unable to provide a local replacement supply of water under <br /> United's short-term contract that adequately replaces out-of-priority depletions <br /> above the call, United is required to provide an alternate source of legal <br /> replacement water (through hauling or other sources) to ensure all out-of-priority <br /> depletions are replaced in time, location, and amount. Any alternate source of <br /> replacement water must first be approved by the Division Engineer prior to use <br /> pursuant to this SWSP. <br /> 12. Conveyance loss for delivery of augmentation water to the Colorado River or the <br /> Fraser River is subject to assessment and modification as determined by the Division <br /> Engineer. <br /> 13. The name, address and phone number of the contact person who will be responsible <br /> for the operation and accounting of this plan must be provided with the accounting <br /> forms submitted to the division engineer and water commissioner. <br /> 14.
