Dolores County will measure all production and provide BLM with a quarterly <br /> production report(including those quarters when production was zero) <br /> 2. Dolores County will comply with all Federal, State, and San Miguel County laws. <br /> 3. All the appropriate state permits will be obtained and all state stipulations and <br /> requirements will be adhered to. <br /> 4. The mining plan submitted to the BLM and the State of Colorado will be adhered to. <br /> Failure to follow the Plan and the Conditions of Approval will result in a cancellation of <br /> the permit. <br /> 5. The operator shall contact the Bureau of Land Management at least 72 hours prior to <br /> beginning any crushing operations. The purpose is to arrange a pre job onsite discussions <br /> or contract requirements, if needed. <br /> 6. The area will be kept clear of trash at all times. <br /> 7. No hazardous materials will be stored on-site. <br /> 8. The permit boundary will be clearly defined with steel fence posts. <br /> 9. No dangerous high walls will be created during gravel mining operations. Any high walls <br /> that are created during operations shall be reduced to a slope of no greater than 2:1 when <br /> the pit area is to be left unattended except for bedrock slopes. <br /> 10. Where available, strip all herbaceous vegetation and soil to a depth of less than 12 inches. <br /> When possible, soil that is stripped will be direct-placed on a newly abandoned area. <br /> Topsoil stockpiles will be seeded in the interim.
