v. There are no power or communication lines within the affected land or within 200 feet of <br /> it.An overhead utility alignment runs north-south along the eastern margin, outside of <br /> the proposed extraction area and approximately 250 feet away.A 200-foot buffer <br /> between the proposed permit area and the utility is depicted on Exhibit C(d),the <br /> Affected Lands Map. Please also see Exhibit C(h). <br /> (c) the existing topography of the area with contour lines of sufficient detail to portray the <br /> direction and rate of slope of the affected land; <br /> i. See Exhibit C(c). <br /> (d) the total area to be involved in the operation, including the area to be mined and the <br /> area of affected lands (see definition of"Affected Land"); <br /> i. The total area to be involved in the operation will be approximately 335 acres and will be <br /> located in parts of Sections 27 and 34, T3N, R63W 6th P.M. See Exhibits C(d). <br /> (e) the type of present vegetation covering the affected lands; and <br /> i. The current land use of the affected lands is rangeland. The type of vegetation presently <br /> covering the affected land consists predominantly of grasslands, with very minimal <br /> shrubs/scrub. See Exhibit C(e). <br /> (f) in conjunction with Exhibit G -Water Information,Rule 6.4.7, if required by the Office, <br /> further water resources information will be presented on a map in this section. <br /> i. Please see Exhibit C(b)(1) and Exhibit C(b)(2). For additional water information, <br /> including the Piezometer Report, refer to Exhibits G, G-1, and G-2. <br /> (g) Show the owner's name,type of structures, and location of all significant,valuable, and <br /> permanent man-made structures contained on the area of affected land and within two <br /> hundred (200) feet of the affected land. <br /> There are no significant/valuable/permanent man-made structures within the affected land. <br /> There are three permanent man-made structures within two hundred (200) feet of the <br /> affected area and includes: <br /> 1. Existing Access Road.
