E-copies of these items were supplied in August 2024 and I promised to supply the hard copies with the ade- quacy response. This is the same information he provided us and is included in Exhibit H. We addressed his 3 primary points regarding the river setback, the winter range and the weed control in the application. We believe the explanation we provided in Exhibit H addresses his comments but respectfully remind the CPW that mining has take place on this property since 1988 . With respect of Big Game winter range impacts are minimal since most of the mining activity takes place from late spring to early fall . This involves mining, processing and stockpil- ing material for use during the rest of the year. Over the winter months activities at the mine are limited to daytime removal of stockpile materials on a limited basis and in the past has not disrupted big game using the property. No new fencing will be installed as Big Bull Dog Trucking does not own the property. Staying 500 feet from the river is not practical or necessary in this case. The river is 225 feet from and 40 ft lower then the mine area at it' s closest point . The floor of the mine will not be daylighted out the north and west side of the Environment, Inc. Page 2
