I have added each point to be addressed from your letter so when reviewing our response we do not have to keep referring back to your adequacy letter. As part of this response I have revised the appropriate places on the application form or Exhibits that are outlined in your letter. 1. Per Rule 6.2.1(2)(b) maps must be signed by the qualified person that created them. Please update Exhibit B-1 and B-2 to include a signature. I've never had to do that with the Exhibit B maps, but I' ll remember next time. Attached are updated versions of Map Exhibits B-1 & B-2 with the required signature. 2. The Application Form states that the site is located is Section 2, while Exhibit B-2 shows Section 18. Please clarify. That was a typographic error on my part. The correct Section is 18 . I have corrected the Location on Page 2 to match the legal description and maps and included a copy for the file. 3. The seed mix provided does not meet the diversity requirements of Rule 3.1.10. Please update the seed mix.Jn addition to grass species, it is recommended that the mix also include forbs and shrubs. The current seed mix was prepared by the local SCS office in 1988 and approved by the Division so it was acceptable at that time. As far as I know Rule 3 . 1 . 10 has not changed since then. The operator has had good luck this mix and success-
