No fuel tanks are present on <br /> site. If fuel or oil spills occur on site in reportable quantities, they will be cleaned up. <br /> Based on EPA guidance document. (Note: an SPCC plan is not required for this operation.) <br /> 3.1.6 Water-General Requirements: <br /> (1) Hydrology and Water Quality: <br /> Ground water is discussed in Exhibit"G". As proposed, the mining and reclamation plans <br /> will not adversely affect surface water hydrology or surface and ground water quality. In <br /> addition, a Stormwater Management Plan is being prepared and a Stormwater Discharge <br /> Permit will be obtained as needed. <br /> (a) Compliance with applicable Colorado water laws and regulations governing <br /> injury to water rights: <br /> The Operator will comply with Colorado water laws and regulations governing injury to <br /> existing water rights. The Operator will comply all with applicable Federal and Colorado <br /> water quality laws and regulations, including all the standards adopted by the State Water <br /> Quality Control Commission. (Please see items 3.1.5 (10), and(11) above.) <br /> The operation is not expected to intercept the regional ground water table or impact <br /> ground water. <br /> (b) Compliance with applicable federal and Colorado water quality laws and <br /> regulations, including statewide water quality standards and site-specific <br /> classifications and standards adopted by the Water Quality Control Commission: <br /> The Operator will comply with all applicable Federal and Colorado water quality laws <br /> and regulations, including all the standards adopted by the State Water Quality Control <br /> Commission. <br /> The operation is not expected to intercept the regional ground water table or impact <br /> ground water as discussed above. <br /> 25 <br />
