Preliminary review of the information received determined that the following additional <br />information must be received before the Division can consider your application complete and technical <br />review can begin. Thus, your application is incomplete for the purposes of filing as of June 27, 2024. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Johnson and Mr. Robins, <br /> <br />The Division has completed its completeness review of Robins Consolidated Expansion Pit, a 112 <br />amendment request received by the Division on 13 June2024. DRMS found the proposed application <br />incomplete 27June 2024. <br /> <br />The incompleteness items for resolution are listed below. <br />Check the rules <br />Rule 6.2.1 All maps and exhibits must be prepared and signed by a registered land surveyor, professional <br />engineer, or other qualified person. <br />1. The index map does not call out or show the location of the site. Please either use p coored polygon <br />or dot and call out the name of the site on the index map. <br />2. Please update all maps with the signature of a registered land surveyor or a professional engineer and <br />submit maps at a minimum size 32inches by 22 inches. <br />3. Please indicate, identify and outline the area which corresponds with the application – the added 50 <br />acres with respect to the current permit. Make sure the new acreage is discernible form the current permit <br />using different colored outlines. <br /> <br />Rule 6.4.1 Legal Description: While the entrance to the site is called out on the Pre Mining Map, the legal <br />description does not specify the mine entrance with a latitude and longitude. <br />4.
