This inspection consisted of collecting elevation data in order to validate
approximate original contour for the two parcels one of which has a constructed drainage. The Inspection
was conducted, and the report and photos prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Graham Roberts,
Trapper Mine representative was present throughout the inspection as was Leigh Simmons of the DRMS
who operated the drone for collection of elevation data for the Phase I bond release. No hydrologic or air
quality issues were detected at the time of inspection. Skies were partly cloudy, and the air was
intermittently windy. Temperatures hovered around 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS:
SL 25
TR135 proposed, TR136 proposed

INSPECTION
Phase I Parcels

The coordinates of a baseline elevation data point, an established survey point maintained and known by
TMI was recorded by DRMS. This was only documented as a backup should it be needed if data could
not be collected with the AeroPoint drone. An AeroPoint drone survey was conducted to acquire
elevation data and imagery. Grade and slope of the reclaimed parcels will be derived from the drone data
collected and evaluated against with Trapper’s permitted post mine topography, facilitating the
determination that approved post mining topography has been constructed.

To collect and document the DRMS process for the Phase I bond release request and determine the as-
built reclamation in SL25 areas, data were collected utilizing the following GPS technology:
1. ESRI’S Arc Collector application for field data collection, mapping, and data visualization
2. AeroPoint Drone

The inspection began in D Pit by setting out 9 drone control points. Following the D Pit flight, I Pit was
flown where four control points were placed. Leigh Simmons operated the drone from the top of each
parcel.
