Wild Horse Reservoir Project West Test Quarry DRMS 111 Application <br /> 2.3.1 Existing Wells within 1/2-mi of Proposed Limits of Test Quarry <br /> A desktop search was performed using the State of Colorado's DWR Well Permit Research Viewer. No wells were <br /> identified within 0.5 mile of the proposed West Test Quarry sections. The nearest existing well is Well Permit No. <br /> 64061-MH and is owned by the Applicant for the Wild Horse Reservoir Project.This well is approximately 0.8 miles <br /> from the proposed limits of the West Test Quarry. <br /> 2.4 Wildlife <br /> 6.3.2(d)A wildlife statement prepared by the Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) is not required for 111 Special <br /> Operations, or 110, or 110(6) Limited Impact Operations. The Operator/Applicant may contact the local CPW <br /> representative to verify that no critical or important wildlife habitats or wildlife species will be impacted by the <br /> proposed operation. <br /> The Applicant will continue to retain an environmental consultant (ERO Resources Corporation) to advise on <br /> wildlife impacts, as is the case for the proposed Wild Horse Reservoir Project, to which this investigation program <br /> relates. <br /> TETRA TECH May 2024 5 <br />
