(v) Mulch will be applied within 24 hours following completion of seeding. <br /> Where areas have been broadcast-seeded and raked, certified weed-free <br /> straw or certified weed-free native grass hay mulch will be crimped into the <br /> soil. The application rate will be 1,000 pounds per acre. <br /> (vi) One shrub, Wyoming Big Sagebrush or Four-wing Saltbush or Winterfat <br /> will be planted with the seed mix. Shrub density of the reclaimed area will <br /> equal or exceed 100 live shrubs per acre. <br /> (d) Remaining After Reclamation <br /> No ponds, streams or buildings will remain after reclamation. <br /> The sediment control features at the Quarry include anchored straw bales at the outlet of <br /> the quarry. After reclamation the berms and straw bales will remain until vegetation is <br /> established at which time the sediment control features will be removed. The rock check <br /> dam will be regraded to approximate original contours. <br /> The sediment control features at the Yard include anchored straw bales or other sediment <br /> tapping devises at the northeast corner of the yard. After reclamation sediment trapping <br /> devices will remain until vegetation is established at which time the sediment control <br /> features will be removed. <br />
