(b) Post Mining Land Use Comparison <br /> Post mining land use will continue as agricultural and residential as it was prior to <br /> mining activity. <br /> (c) Description of How the Reclamation Plan will Meet the Requirements of <br /> Section 3.1. <br /> The reclamation plan specifications described herein are designed to meet the <br /> requirements of Section 3.1 of the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the <br /> Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board.
