7. Under section 34-32-103(6)(a), C.R.S., an operator may temporarily <br /> cease production upon compliance with the notice requirements therein. Pursuant <br /> to section 34-32-103(6)(a)(III), C.R.S., an operator may be in temporary cessation of <br /> production for no more than ten consecutive years. <br /> 8. Under Rule 1.13.6, an operator planning on resuming operations after <br /> a period of temporary cessation must file a Notice of Resumption of Mining with the <br /> Division and provide the information required by Rule 1.13.6. Operator has <br /> complied with Rule 1.13.6. <br /> ORDER <br /> Based on the foregoing findings of fact and conclusions of law, the Board <br /> hereby ACCEPTS the Notice of Resumption of Mining submitted by Thorin <br /> Resources, LLC and APPROVES the status change the status of the permit to <br /> Active. <br /> DONE AND ORDERED this _30_day of April 2024. <br /> FOR THE COLORADO MINED LAND <br /> RECLAMATION BOARD <br /> el Wareha - ris, air <br /> NOTICE OF JUDICIAL REVIEW RIGHTS <br /> This order becomes effective and final upon mailing.
