CIVIL RES'IAE'RCF'1
will utilize them as recharge facilities until a point when the Miner constructs an aggregate plant, freshwater pond,
siltation pond,and slurry walls.
Since the impacts to the site for the foreseeable future will be constrained to the two ponds described above, Red Tierra
proposes to reduce the bonding calculation to only the disturbed area. The interim reclaimed use as infiltration ponds
will necessitate seeding and mulching the side slopes of the ponds and the disturbed area outside of the ponds. The
remainder of the site will continue as agricultural and was excluded from the proposed initial bonding calculation. See
the attached reclamation cost sheet for the proposed initial condition.
Red Tierra will notify DRMS through the TR process to increase bonding prior to any construction or disturbance outside
of the areas listed above and on the attached map.
We appreciate your review.
