All structure agreements provided within the application package are incomplete. <br />Completed Structure Agreements are required for all permanent man-made <br />structures and utilities within 200 feet of the affected lands. One agreement per <br />structure owner with all features (structures) listed. If an agreement cannot be <br />obtained than a Geo-tech may be provided, see Rules 6.3.12 and 6.4.19. <br />a. Included in the application materials is are structure agreements with Rex <br />Robbinson Ranch LLC, Colorado River Ranch LLC, Island Park LLC, and <br />Shidelerosa LLP for a fence ad Oil and/or gas extraction equipment. These <br />structures were not originally identified to be within 200 feet of the affected <br />lands during the permitting process. <br />b. Included in the application materials is a structure agreement with Terra <br />Energy Partners LLC for gas, steam, non-potable water lines. The Division <br />previously has this structure being owned by URSA. An agreement for the <br />same structure was also sent to URSA. Please clarify who the owner of this <br />structure is. <br />c. Country Road (CR) 346, culverts and a portion of I-70 westbound and wildlife <br />fencing are within 200 feet of the affected lands. Please obtain a structure <br />agreement from CDOT <br />d. Structure agreement for Excel Energy – High pressure gas line was included in <br />the package. The permit application indicated that this feature is beyond 200 <br />ft and thus no agreement is required. <br />Financial Warranty <br />9. The submitted Financial Warranty listed the incorrect permit number. Please update <br />page 1 and resubmit. <br /> <br />Please return the required documentation to the Division before June 8, 2024. All completed <br />permit documents are required to be submitted for consideration of your Request for Transfer <br />of Mineral Permit and Succession of Operators Application. An incomplete application may be <br />denied after the 60 day submittal request, if requested documents or information are not <br />received. In the event of any delay in your submittal or if you have any questions, please contact <br />the Division. <br /> <br />
