soil lying outside the creek is Rago and Kuma loam, which also provides a gravel fairly
close to the surface. This soil has typical topsoil depth from 0" to 5".
EXHIBIT J —Vegetation
Patent Creek is currently not well vegetated. There are some weeds and a few trees.
The creek bed itself is periodically swept with runoff after rainfalls. This accounts for the
sparse vegetation within the creek bed itself.
EXHIBIT K — Climate Information
Phillips County experiences a semi-arid climate with cold winters and hot summers.
Average annual temperatures range from 24*F to 76*F averaging 17.8 inches of rainfall.
Phillips County has steady winds with peak gusts of 20 mph during winter months.
During summer months, afternoon thunderstorms can be common providing much
needed rainfall for the region's vegetation. Winter snowfall varies from year to year but
averages around 30 inches annually.
EXHIBIT L— Reclamation Costs
See attached
EXHIBIT M — Other Permits and Licenses
None
EXHIBIT N — Source of Legal Right-To- Enter
•
Roger and Beth Falk are the fee owners of the property. A copy of their deed is attached
to prove ownership. This is a joint venture and the Falk's have a working agreement
with Chamberlain Concrete.
EXHIBIT 0 — Owners of Record of Affected Land (Surface Area) and Owners of
Substance to be Mined
See attached deed
