i. The total area to be involved in the operation will be the entire SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 10, <br /> T11S, R6OW, 6th P.M. (approximately 40 acres) See Exhibit C(d). <br /> (e)the type of present vegetation covering the affected lands; and <br /> i. The current land use of the affected lands is rangeland. The type of vegetation presently <br /> covering the affected land consists predominantly of grasslands, with very minimal <br /> shrubs/scrub. See Exhibit C(e). <br /> (f) in conjunction with Exhibit G-Water Information,Rule 6.4.7, if required by the Office, <br /> further water resources information will be presented on a map in this section. <br /> i. Please see Exhibit C(b)(1). The operation is not expected to directly affect surface or <br /> groundwater systems. There are no tributary water courses,wells, springs, stock water <br /> ponds, reservoirs,or ditches on the affected land or on adjacent lands where such <br /> structures may be affected by the proposed mining operations. The nearest well (Permit <br /> No. 320451-) is located 1322.53 feet northwest of the boundary of the affected land and <br /> is owned by Blake Tope,the manager of the Applicant. The second nearest well (Permit <br /> No. 279834-) is located 1355.77 feet northeast of the boundary of the affected land. <br /> (g) Show the owner's name, type of structures, and location of all significant,valuable, and <br /> permanent man-made structures contained on the area of affected land and within two <br /> hundred (200) feet of the affected land. <br /> There are no significant/valuable/permanent man-made structures within the affected land. <br /> There are three (3) significant/valuable/permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of <br /> the affected land.
