EXHIBIT C <br /> Rule 6.4.3 <br /> Pre-mining and Mining Plan Map(s) of Affected Lands <br /> As needed, one or more maps are attached as exhibits to legibly portray the following <br /> information: <br /> (a) all adjoining surface owners of record; <br /> i. See Exhibit C(a), consisting of a map showing all adjoining surface owners of record per <br /> the El Paso County Assessor. <br /> (b) the name and location of all creeks, roads, buildings, oil and gas wells and lines, and <br /> power and communication lines on the area of affected land and within two hundred (200) <br /> feet of all boundaries of such area; <br /> i. There are no creeks on the area of affected land or within 200 feet of the affected land. <br /> See Exhibit C(b)(1). <br /> ii. The only road within 200 feet of the affected land is Simla Highway a/k/a CR 125. See <br /> Exhibit C(b)(2). <br /> iii. There are no buildings on the area of affected land or within 200 feet of the affected land. <br /> See Exhibit C(b)(Th <br /> iv.
