13 <br /> 7.0 STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES, RECORD KEEPING, AND <br /> REPORTING <br /> Standard Operating Procedure for work to be done at the site will be as follows: <br /> • All personnel will report to the site by a designated time. <br /> • All personnel will be required to sign in on a daily basis <br /> • Attend morning briefings where the Project Manager will discuss activities to take <br /> place for the day, conduct tailgate/toolbox safety training meetings, and where PM can <br /> evaluate employees to ensure they are all in good health to perform work for the day. <br /> • Before beginning work all personnel will thoroughly inspect their equipment and report <br /> any problems or concerns. <br /> • Work will commence through out the day <br /> • At the end of the day all personnel will return their equipment to a designated location <br /> for fueling and greasing. All machines will be fueled, greased and checked for any <br /> problems. Machines will be parked in a designated area for the night, and locked up. <br /> Record Keeping and Reporting <br /> All records will be kept on-site in the job trailer. Records to be kept will include: Sign in <br /> sheets, safety meetings, storm water inspections, any injury reports, weekly progress, <br /> training reports, approved submittals and any other information needing to be <br /> documented. All information will be available on-site at all times and copies will be <br /> made if requested. <br /> 8.0 EMERGENGY PROVISIONS <br /> Prior to work start-up, personnel will become familiar with the emergency response <br /> actions discussed in this section. McCollum's Excavating will provide site-specific <br /> training to protect personnel on the project. <br /> The Site Safety Officer(SSO)will make this plan available for review and photocopying. <br /> Employees will also become familiar with the location of telephones, emergency medical <br /> facilities, fire extinguishers, and water supplies near the work areas. <br /> Emergency Recognition <br /> In emergency situations, personnel will stop work immediately, evacuate and report to <br /> the Project Manager or SSO for further assistance and instructions.
