ITEM 5.0 DEBRIS CONSOLIDATION <br /> The goal of this task is to consolidate selected personal equipment, debris and tools that are <br /> currently scattered within the permit boundary. PROJECT MANAGER will delineate various <br /> debris within the permit area to be consolidated. All materials will be removed to the <br /> consolidation pad outlined in ITEM 4. Debris consolidation may require a medium track hoe <br /> with thumb and ten yard (10yd) dump truck or method of CONTRACTORS choosing. Items to <br /> be moved include, but are not limited to; <br /> -Various tools, personal property located on Gold Run and River Levels that are NOT <br /> within structures; <br /> -Bulldozer located on Gold Run Level; <br /> -Rock Screen located on Gold Run Level; <br /> -Explosives and detonator magazines located on road between Gold Run and River <br /> Levels; <br /> -Various debris located within permit boundary delineated by PROJECT MANAGER at <br /> the time of the bid <br /> Measure and Payment <br /> There will be no measurement for payment for this task. Payment shall be for the lump sum bid <br /> price under Item 5.0 of the Bid Schedule and will be made at the completion of the task and <br /> upon approval by the PROJECT MANAGER. The price bid shall include all equipment, <br /> materials, labor, and all other items necessary and incidental to complete the tasks described in <br /> Item 5.0. <br /> ITEM 6.0 SECURE/ REPAIR RIVER LEVEL STRUCTURE <br /> This Item pertains to securing the structure located at the River Level. The structure measures <br /> approximately seventy feet by forty feet (70'x40'), timber framed and sheeted with corrugated <br /> steel. The structure is currently not secure allowing public access. Repairs and modifications <br /> will be made to ensure the structure is secure. <br /> This includes but is not limited to repairing the steel sheeting and constructing a securable door <br /> on the northwest side of the building. Minor structural repairs may be necessary to ensure <br /> safety of the structure. Using timber framing, stick framing or method of the CONTRACTORS <br /> choosing, with prior PROJECT MANAGER approval the large opening on the northwest side of <br /> the structure will be enclosed and an access door will be constructed. The door will be a <br /> standard size, industrial grade steel door with heavy duty four inch (4") security hasp, secured <br /> with DRMS supplied locks. <br /> Measure and Payment <br /> There will be no measurement for payment for this task. Payment shall be for the lump sum bid <br /> price under Item 6.0 of the Bid Schedule and will be made at the completion of the task and <br /> upon approval by the PROJECT MANAGER.
