SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENTAL ACTION PLAN <br /> Rudibaugh Pit Bond Forfeiture Project <br /> Site Access <br /> All employees, subcontractors, material suppliers and any other authorized person shall not enter the job <br /> site without proper training. Everyone must check in before entering the jobsite. No unauthorized or <br /> untrained personnel will be allowed to enter the job site. All routes to and from the work area will be <br /> designated. <br /> All equipment used onsite will be first thoroughly checked for routine maintenance and safety issues.Any <br /> issues will be corrected prior to being delivered to the site. Equipment will also be cleaned for the <br /> presence of noxious and invasive weeds prior to mobilization. All mud, sticks, debris and plant material <br /> shall be power washed to the satisfaction of the Project Manager prior to unloading at the work site. <br /> Substance Abuse Screening <br /> There will be zero tolerance for drugs or alcohol on any job site. <br /> Proactive Safetv <br /> JCI shall designate one person to be the safety representative responsible for safety and health at the work <br /> site.The JCI safety representative shall conduct safety meetings at least weekly.All safety meetings shall be <br /> documented and include the date, subject matter,trainer and all participants signatures. Daily pre-job <br /> safety talks shall be given by the JCI safety representative. Any change in the daily work plan shall be <br /> communicated by the JCI safety representative to all affected personnel.The JCI safety representative shall <br /> conduct daily work area inspections. <br /> General Safety Standards <br /> Horseplay is not allowed at anytime. All proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)will be worn at all <br /> times while on the job site. <br /> Accident Reporting <br /> In the event of an accident, it shall be reported to the Project Manager. All incidents shall be investigated <br /> by the JCI team to determine the root causes and possible preventative steps that could be taken to <br /> prevent future accidents. Accident reports and investigation reports will be documented and kept on file at <br /> the JCI office. <br /> First Aid <br /> A fully stocked first aid kit shall be kept at the job site at all times. Every employee will be directed to its <br /> location upon entering the job site. Additional first aid kits are kept in every vehicle and piece of working <br /> equipment. These kits are updated when necessary and checked daily.The contents shall meet MSHA CFR <br /> 75.1713 or 77.1707 at a minimum. <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
