Total mined product above the groundwater table must not exceed 40,000 tons which results <br /> in the consumption of 0.59 acre-feet and total mined product below the groundwater table <br /> must not exceed 10,000 tonswhich results in a consumption of0.29 acre-feet of water during <br /> this SWSP approval period. <br /> 6. Total water used for dust control must not exceed 2.28 acre-feet during this SWSP approval <br /> period. <br /> 7. Total consumption at the Valley's Edge Resources Gravel Mine must not exceed the <br /> aforementioned amounts unless an amendment is made to this SWSP. <br /> 8. The downstream substitute supplies can be used when a continuous live surface stream flow <br /> exists between the confluence of St. Vrain River and the South Platte River and the point of <br /> discharge of the replacement water, and there is no intervening calling water right. The <br /> Applicant must notify the Water Commissioner at least 48 hours prior to making <br /> replacement deliveries at a location other than the Hite Treatment Facility. In the <br /> instance of an intervening call, the Applicant will not be allowed to make replacements <br /> downstream of the calling right. <br /> 9. The Applicant shall provide daily accounting (including, but not limited to depletions, <br /> replacement sources, and river calls) on a monthly basis. The accounting must be uploaded <br /> to the CDSS Online Reporting Tool within 30 days of the end of the month for which the <br /> accounting applies (https://dwr.state.co.us/Tools/reporting). Instructions for using the <br /> tool are available on the Division of Water Resources website on the "Services" —> "Data St <br /> Information" page under the heading of Online Data Submittal. Accounting and reporting <br /> procedures are subject to approval and modification by the Division Engineer. Accounting <br /> forms need to identify the WDID number for each structure operating under this <br /> SWSP. Additional information regarding accounting requirements can be found in the <br /> attached Augmentation Plan Accounting Protocol. NOTE: Monthly accounting, even during <br /> the winter non-irrigation season, is required. <br /> Applicant shall verify that the entity making replacement has included them on their <br /> accounting submitted to our office. In this case, that entity is the City of Aurora. <br /> 10. All accounting must be acceptable to the Division Engineer or their representative. The <br /> Applicant must follow the attached "Augmentation Plan Accounting", or any other <br /> applicable protocols, for the operation of this SWSP. <br /> 11. The name, address, and phone numberof the contact person who will be responsible forthe <br /> operation and accounting of this SWSP must be provided with the accounting forms to the <br /> division engineer and water commissioner. <br /> 12. Conveyance loss for delivery of augmentation water to the point of depletion on the South <br /> Platte River is subject to assessment and modification as determined by the Division <br /> Engineer. Any changer,to the assessed conveyance loss will be communicated to the Division <br /> One Call List via email. <br /> 13. Replacement water must be made available to replace all out-of-priority depletions in time, <br /> place, and amount and must be made available under the direction and/or approval of the <br /> Water Commissioner. Notice must be provided and approval made by the Water <br />
