<br /> 5.2 Change of Address. Any Party may give notice in writing of any change of its address.
<br /> The address provided in said notice shall thereafter be deemed to be the address of the Party for
<br /> the giving of notice hereunder.
<br /> 6. MISCELLANEOUS
<br /> 6.1 Certain Defined Terms. As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the
<br /> following meanings:
<br /> (a) "Business Day" means any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or a day on
<br /> which banks are generally not open for the conduct of regular business in either
<br /> Vancouver,British Columbia,or Toronto,Ontario;
<br /> (b) "Claim" means any suet, claim, action, demand, cause of action, arbitration,
<br /> audit,hearing,investigation or proceeding;
<br /> (c) "Encumbrance" means any mortgage, lien, pledge, option, security interest,
<br /> Claim, charge, encumbrance, net profits interest, royalty, overriding royalty or
<br /> other payment out of production;
<br /> (d) "Environment" means soil, land surface or subsurface strata, surface waters
<br /> (including navigable waters, ocean waters, streams, ponds, drainage basins and
<br /> wetlands), groundwaters, drinking water supply, stream sediments, ambient air
<br /> (including indoor air),plant and animal life and any other environmental medium
<br /> or natural resource;
<br /> (e) "Environmental Law" means any Law relating to the abatement of pollution,
<br /> protection of the Environment and wildlife (including endangered species) or the
<br /> manufacturing, processing, distribution, use, handling, transportation,
