In addition, corrective action <br /> shall be taken immediately to mitigate the discharge of oil. <br /> 3: Total Phosphorus - Analysis for Total Phosphorus, as P, will be included in the permit <br /> certification for all discharges to waters with a control regulation for P. <br /> 6.4 BENCHMARK MONITORING <br /> Benchmark monitoring is not required at this facility. <br /> 6.5 WATER QUALITY STANDARDS MONITORING <br /> Water quality standards monitoring is not required under this permit. <br /> 7. CORRECTIVE ACTION DOCUMENTATION <br /> All corrective action reports shall be kept in the facility's Stormwater Binder in Appendix H. Blank <br /> forms are provided in Appendix C. A corrective action report shall be prepared if any of the <br /> following conditions occur at the facility (as identified by the facility, WQCD, or an EPA official, <br /> or local or State entity). In addition to the corrective report, the facility must review the selection, <br /> design, installation, and implementation of a facility control measures to eliminate conditions <br /> that must be eliminated and determine the appropriate modifications necessary for conditions <br /> that require review. <br /> Conditions that must be eliminated: <br /> • A spill, leak, or discharge of non-stormwater that are not authorized in Section 1 .4 of this <br /> SWMP; <br /> • A discharge violates a numeric effluent limit; <br /> • Facility control measures that are not stringent enough from the discharge to meet <br /> applicable water quality standards; <br /> • Modifications to the facility control measures which are necessary to meet the practice- <br /> based effluent limits in this permit; or <br /> • The facility finds in an inspection that control measures are not properly selected, designed, <br /> installed, operated or maintained. <br /> Conditions that require review and modification: <br /> • Construction or change in design, operation, or maintenance at the facility that significantly <br /> changes the nature of pollutants discharge in stormwater from the facility, or significantly <br /> increase the quantity of pollutants discharges; or <br /> 26 <br />
