FACILITY DESCRIPTION <br /> Holcim - WCR, Inc. - Morrison Quarry is located at 18131 CO-8, Morrison, Colorado. The facility <br /> is comprised of approximately 355 permitted acres with approximately 80 acres disturbed <br /> located at 39 37' 49.98 N and -105 12' 16.12 W in Jefferson County. The facility is located in a <br /> rural area and is bounded by CO-8 to the east, and foothills to the west, north and south. Figure <br /> 1 is a site location map that extends a minimum of one-quarter mile beyond the limits of the <br /> regulated areas of the facility, showing nearby surface water bodies. <br /> 2.1 FACILITY OPERATIONS <br /> Holcim - WCR, Inc. operates a granite quarry at this location. The facility consists of the <br /> plant, material stockpiles, fuel storage, haul truck parking, a reservoir, three stormwater <br /> retention ponds, office, shop, truck wheel wash and truck scales. The site is developed <br /> with gravel surfaces. These areas are depicted on Figure 2 and described in more detail <br /> in Section 3. <br /> 11 <br />
