The new slide (spring 2023), downstream from the slump <br />appears to encompass approximately 1/3 of an acre. A crack extends along the top between the two areas. <br /> <br />REVEGETATION - Rule 4.15 <br /> <br />o Perennial vegetation appeared well established on the slopes above the Pond 6 inlet. <br />o Shrubs and trees appeared well established throughout the site. <br />o Vegetation is well established, diverse and mature throughout the site and at this time of year was <br />mostly dormant. <br /> <br />FISH and WILDLIFE– RULE 4.18 <br />Waterfowl on the ponds was observed throughout the Seneca IIW mine site. <br /> <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED <br />None <br /> <br />INSPECTIONS 5.02; Availability of Records <br /> <br />o The mine site identification signs observed at the mine access point at the main gate was <br />intact, displaying all required information: mine name, operator name, address, phone <br />number, DRMS permit number and contact information. <br /> <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED <br />None
