The weather
was partly cloudy and calm with temperatures around 70 degrees Fahrenheit.

PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS:
None at this time.

MAINTENANCE ISSUES IDENTIFIED

OUTSTANDING MAINTENANCE
1. Flume at Pond 15 requires resetting.
2. Slide at Pond 6 requires implementation of mitigation plan, as discussed during August
2023 inspection.
3. Culvert above pond 6 requires cleaning.

GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE:
Reclamation is complete and executed as permitted. Approximately 106.2 acres of Phase I released acres
remain for bond release. These acres comprise the main haul road, Pond 6 and the slide area above;
Ponds 15 and 16 and slide area on the east side of the site.
