ENSERO Page
s o I u t o n s Proposal for Schwartzwalder Mine Site Operation
• Monthly invoicing on a time and materials basis with NET 30 terms.
• Assume contract award by May 2,2023.
Value Added Engineering-Alternative Pricing
Having designed, built, and operated the Schwartzwalder WTP,our team recognizes value engineering opportunities
early in the project planning process. In the course of responding to this request, Ensero's team has identified a
value-added engineering benefit for Task 1. Ensero's engineering and operations team has evaluated the use of an
autosampler to further automate WTP operations and reduce the need for a fulltime operator at the site. The
autosampler would be installed inside the WTP to collect compliance samples from discharge line, reducing the
operators time onsite by up to 50%. Operators would monitor plant performance remotely and report to site a few
times a week to collect samples and check on operations. If this of interest Ensero can provide additional information
and pricing for DRMS.
Ensero can perform this work on any contractual basis that is mutually acceptable. Ensero has developed the
anticipated costs for the work in accordance with our standard rate sheet on a time and materials basis. Please let
us know if you need further information or clarifications and we look forward to continued work at the project site.
Sincerely,
Allan teckelbey
VP of Construction and Risk
ENSERO Solutions
cc:Michael Cunningham and Russ Means,Colorado Division of Reclamation and Mining Safety
