<br />Backfilling in South Taylor Pit. <br /> <br />EXCESS SPOIL and DEVELOPMENT WASTE – Rule 4.09 <br />Placement; Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization: <br />As noted in the Backfilling and Grading section of this report, spoil from the South Taylor Temporary Spoil Pile is <br />currently being used as part of the backfilling operations of the South Taylor Pit. <br /> <br />The West Taylor Fill was inspected from below. This is a permanent fill that is associated with the South Taylor <br />Pit. The fill is well vegetated and encompassed by two large perimeter ditches that will eventually connect into the <br />reclaimed South Taylor drainages.
