Tr-103 approved several changes to ground and surface water monitoring locations on Calamity

<br /> TR-104 was received on May 5, 2021. The revision application was withdrawn on May 11, 2021.
<br /> TR-105 reduced the permit boundary to remove Phase III release lands from the permit boundary.
<br /> TR-105 was received on June 7, 2022, deemed complete on June 28, 2022 and approved on July 21,
<br /> 2022.
<br /> TR-106 reduced the permit boundary to remove Phase III released areas. TR-106 was received on
<br /> February 22, 2023, deemed complete on March 3, 2023 and approved on April 13, 2023.
<br /> Tr-107 approved the creation of the Johnson Access Road which will provide long-term access from
<br /> the north side of BB Road down to the Pond 013 area. TR-106 was received on June 26, 2023,
<br /> deemed complete on June 27, 2023, and approved on August 9, 2023.

<br /> MR-108 updated Appendix 2.03.9-1 Personal Injury&Property Damage Insurance Certificate. MR-
<br /> 108 was received on July 30, 2018, deemed complete and approved on July 31, 2028.
<br /> MR-109 approved the movement of approximately 800cy of topsoil from topsoil stockpile L near the
<br /> facilities area to the Moore property. MR-109 was received on October 12, 2018, deemed complete
<br /> on October 19, 2018 and approved on October 30, 2018.
<br /> MR-110 was approved to move topsoil from the facilities area to the Staats and GW46 properties to
<br /> reclaim the C-18 ditch. MR-110 was received on November 13, 2018, deemed complete November
<br /> 15, 2018 on and approved on November 19, 2018.
<br /> MR-111 updated Map 2.05.4-9 to show changes to topsoil stockpile locations and volume
<br /> information. MR-111 was received on, deemed complete and approved on December 20, 2018.
<br /> MR-112 updated certificate of insurance for the period August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020. MR-
<br /> 112 was received, deemed complete and approved on August 9, 2019.
<br /> MR-113 aproved an updated map 2.04.7-1A to bring the map into agreement with the previously
<br /> approved water monitoring plan. MR-1 13 was received on September 27, 2019, deemed complete
<br /> on October 4, 2019 and approved on October 15, 2019.
<br /> MR-114 provided a landowner letter to retain the meeting building as a permanent structure. MR-
<br /> 114 was received on February 4, 2020, deemed complete on February 4, 2020 and approved on
<br /> February 13, 2020.
<br /> MR-115 approved revisions to the topsoil handling plan for New Horizon Mine. MR-115 was
<br /> received on July 15, 2020, deemed complete on July 20, 2020 and approved on July 24, 2020.
