TR-91 approved a change in post mining land use of 3.5 acres that is used as an adjacent support

<br /> TR-92 updated the As-built certification for Pond 015. TR-92 was received on October 11, 2019,
<br /> deemed complete on October 21, 2019 and approved on December 11, 2019.
<br /> TR-93 approved the modification of Pond 009 to facilitate construction of stock pond SP2 on ERMR
<br /> property. TR-93 was received on November 4, 2019, deemed complete on November 8, 2019 and
<br /> approved on December 2, 2019.
<br /> TR-94 removed references to the NH1 area from the permit and updated the bonding information.
<br /> TR-94 was received on November 20, 2019, deemed complete on November 22, 2019 and approved
<br /> on January 8, 2020.
<br /> TR-95 approved the installation of 4 monitoring wells within backfilled pit areas. TR-95 was received
<br /> on December 13,2019, deemed complete on December 20,2019 and approved on February 19,2020.
<br /> TR-96 approved an updated As-Built for the reconstructed Goforth stock pond. TR-96 was received
<br /> on January 8, 2020, deemed complete on January 17, 2020 and approved on March 31, 2020.
<br /> TR-97removed the surface water monitoring site SW-NI 02 from the water monitoring requirements.
<br /> TR-97 was received by the Division on January 8, 2020, deemed complete on January 17, 2020 and
<br /> approved on March 27, 2020.
<br /> TR-98 approved the reduction the permit boundary by 133.20 acres, removing Phase III released
<br /> lands. TR-98 was received on March 23, 2020, deemed complete on March 27, 2020 and approved
<br /> on June 4, 2020.
<br /> TR-99 approved a limestone inlet on the pond and surface water baffles to ensure water utilizes the
<br /> entire flow path within the pond. TR-99 was received on April 6, 2020, deemed complete on April
<br /> 30, 2020 and approved on and approved on July 14, 2020.
<br /> TR-100 approved the as-built for the SP-2 stock pond. TR-100 was received on September 10, 2020,
<br /> deemed complete on September 16, 2020 and approved on October 14, 2020.
<br /> TR-101 approved to relinquish monitoring of ground water wells in two locations (3 sets of wells at
<br /> each location), one ground water well completed in a pre-law mining area, and one surface water
<br /> monitoring location. TR-1010 was received on January 25, 2021, deem complete on January 28,
<br /> 2021 and approved on March 3, 2021.
<br /> TR-102 reduced the permit boundary at the location of the SP-1 stock pond. SP-1 was proposed to
<br /> be fully released from bond liability with SL24. TR-102 was received on February 22, 2021, deemed
<br /> complete on March 10, 202land approved on May 19, 2021.
