The small ditches and BMPs on the upper part of Gob Pile 92 appeared to <br /> be functioning. <br /> The work on Gob Pile #3 has progressed considerably in recent months. The majority of slopes adjacent to this road were stable,with <br /> the exception of the slide above Curve 10. <br /> REVEGETATION—Rule 4.15 <br /> Vegetative Cover;Timing: <br /> White top was seen on the Utility Bench. Halogeton and white top were seen on Gob Pile 92;the white top was <br /> seen on the east end of the upper part of the gob pile. Dead thistle (suggesting treatment by BRL)was seen near <br /> Pond F. <br /> SLIDES and DAMAGE -Rule 4.12: <br /> It appears that slumps above Curve Number 6 along the Haul Road,above the B Portal bench,above Curve <br /> Number 11,and above the D Portal bench have not moved significantly in recent months. <br /> The slide above Curve Number 10 is an ongoing problem. The ground appears to have dropped more than five <br /> feet(the length noted in past reports).
