See CDRMS May Day Idaho Mine Permit-M-1981-185 <br /> "Updated Surface and Groundwater Characterization-2017 M-1981-185 Volume 1, 51 pages"1 <br /> As a result of the potential recharge to the Idaho Spring,WMC requests a water auality waiver <br /> from the Division and CDPHE in the likely event future spring or ground water quality concerns <br /> are identified. <br /> • WMC requests that Sunrise maintain the installed stormwater management system at the Chief <br /> Portal located on the Idaho Mine property and the related,disturbed areas(including roads) <br /> pursuant to a WMC visitor's a reement2.
